 Duxburys Commercial have successfully negotiated the sale of the above property. The purchasers are Country Metropolitan Homes, a National Developer who with the assistance of Duxburys Commercial have obtained Planning Consent for the development of 56 units.
It is anticipated that the development will commence during 2007.
The former Colwyn Bay Hotel ceased trading during 2002, occupying a high profile cliff top location overlooking the resort town of Colwyn Bay.
