The numbers stack up for move to Whitehills

Duxburys Commercial acted on behalf of the Landlord and development company Henco International in the marketing of the offices.

Clare Taylor, Director at Duxburys Commercial said ‘Horne Brooke Shenton will fit well as a quality professional firm with the other occupiers that are already on Olympic Court. Whitehills itself is attracting more and more professional firms including accountants, solicitors and stockbrokers and Horne Brooke Shenton is the latest, leaving only one office suite remaining at Olympic Court’.

Chris Hibbert of Henco International welcomes the new tenants, ‘Horne Brooke Shenton are a well-established local firm and we were delighted to agree terms on one of the few remaining office suites on Olympic Court. The business park is becoming a real professional and financial hub for the Fylde’.

The developer currently holds over 10 acres of mixed use development land at Whitehills, along with a 2.5 acre scheme currently under construction, which is due for completion in May 2016, to provide further office and industrial accommodation.

Horne Brooke Shenton’s move from the town centre was necessary as the firm is expanding and requires modern purpose built office accommodation and Olympic Court ticks all the boxes. The three partners Deborah Walsh, Diane Garlick and Michael Stelfox who are all Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre locals, are delighted with their new offices. ‘This is a great location for professional services, close to the motorway and with easy access to other legal and related business services for clients. The new facilities provide a modern, open and welcoming location for clients, to help clients build better businesses.’
